ONLINE: JANUARY 28 – FEBRUARY 6, 2022

Celebrating the creativity diversity and independence of the Canadian Film Industry with feature films, shorts, and more.

IMPORTANT UPDATE, JANUARY 13, 2022:

The directors of the Reel Canadian Film Festival have made the very difficult decision not to proceed with the in-theatre portion of the 14th Annual Reel Canadian Film Festival due to the risks associated with COVID-19 and the current Omicron wave being experienced in Fernie. The organizers are very disappointed not to be able to welcome our audience to the Vogue Theatre, and thank the Vogue for their generous support of the festival over the past 14 years. The festival will continue with the virtual component, now starting at the new time of 5:00 pm on Friday January 28, 2022 and streaming through Sunday, February 6th at Midnight.

The Reel Canadian Film Festival features an eclectic and engaging mix of the year’s best features including Indigenous productions, French-language features, comedy, drama and documentary films, plus shorts from across the country. Now in our 14th year!
